Registration Procedures
Registration must be made on the official website
www.wonca2010cancun.com Registration costs are in Mexican Pesos (Exchange
Rate 13.7 = 1 USD)Payment of Registration must be made by credit card.Only Visa
or Master will be accepted.
Registration Entitlement
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this
confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, opening
reception, all scientific sessions, the official socio cultural event,
exhibition and closing ceremony.
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the opening
ceremony, opening reception, official socio cultural event, exhibition and
closing ceremony.
Residents must submit a letter of confirmation from the head of
department. Wonca direct members must submit a copy of their member certificate.
These documents need to be submitted by fax to the number ++52 (55) 5678 4250,
accompanying the registration confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund requests must be notified in writing to the Registry Office and
received by 19 April, 2010. An administration fee of US$50 will be charged.
There will be NO REFUND for cancellations received after this date.
Letter of Invitation
The Information Office will provide a letter of invitation if required. This
letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only. For
requesting a Letter of Invitation the following email address is available:
